HP Beware

These are the efforts I have made. to solve a problem with a new $2000 computer. In all 20 plus phone calls and email's HP  has said they would solve the problem quickly. It is now been over 120 days with empty promises and no results. They now tell me because of the laps in time of me waiting for their promised results they will not help me.

I have now been on the phone with Monty Bennett And He is solving my problem WOW!! Where have they been hiding this guy he should get a raise..

Wow!! Everything he promised has come true. I now have the best computer. Monty Bennett does everything he promises and more. 

I have now had another problem with my computer this time a software glitch problem. HP now has a  Monte and Nathan W solving the problem fast like  professionals. This group is great with results like this it means I am back to buying HP. It is like Bill Gates told me everyone has problems it is how you solve them that counts.
